How much time do I need to dedicate to the modules

You should plan to dedicate around 2 hours per week, depending on how deeply you want to engage with each lesson. Each module contains multiple lessons, but you’ll have access to the materials for a full year, giving you plenty of time to work through them at your own pace.

How do I get my WAMM's in place?

We schedule your weekly accountability and mentoring meetings during the first week of mentorship, allowing you to plan ahead and ensure they fit into your schedule for the best possible support.

Lesley has worked as a Manager and Leader in Health & Social Care for over 30 years. She is the Founder of Registered Care Manager, creator of the Qualitizer Process™

I founded Registered Care Manager in 2011 with a vision to help others effectively manage care services and achieve consistently high-quality outcomes for the individuals they support and the businesses they lead.

With my background as a registered nurse, management graduate, and chartered CIPD member, I bring a wealth of expertise to help care professionals like you achieve exceptional results.

Having held senior roles in operations, project management, and overseeing multiple care sites, I understand the complexities of commissioning and managing high-quality care services.

Through the success of my award-winning company, Boltonshaw Home Care, I’ve seen first hand how going beyond the basics can truly transform care services.
